Hi I am Cristina! I live in New Jersey with my husband, two kids and two funny Paw! My daughter is 9 yrs old and my Son is 6 Yrs old! I work in Manhattan in a small Engineering company as an Office Manager. I am so involved in my kids school right now and I do volunteering most of the time! I am also an animal advocate and try to help the shelter nearby as much as I can. I am so dedicated in Yoga because this help me to live a stress free life and to be more active!
This are the two objects that reflect who I am! My yoga Mat because I believe that stretching, having peace of mind and meditating will really help your inner body to be healthy. Knowing your inner self will give you better interaction with the people around you! Second is my Salt Lamp because this give my room the relax atmosphere and the enough light that my body desire!
This is the right time to ask me! Stress is the only thing that come out in my mind right now. It is a very hectic day today both of my kids are sick, can't find somebody to take care of them and need to be at work today. My husband is out of town so decided to bring them at my work and leave work after the meeting. My life is very hectic and stressful every day but I always look at the bright side because I am happy that my kids are both healthy and obedient kids. My husband is a hands on Dad too and every dinner we make sure that we enjoy it and we share whatever happen to our day.
My kids and my two Paw really bring me Joy everyday. They give me energy and to look forward for the future! Honestly preparing their food every morning make me feel so secure and contented that they will be ok the whole day! Everyday that I go home I feel so glad that I was able to go home before them and prepare dinner for them! It is like assurance that I am good Mom because I was able to perform my duty outside and inside the house. When I was single I don't care about this things because I always eat out and I am not looking forward to go home because it is empty nest!
I really feel horrible every time I can't prepare food for them in the morning because I need to leave early or I am out of town. Letting my husband prepare dinner or order food make me feel so bad too! I always want the best for my family and make sure that they eat healthy food! I wish I can be just a stay home Mom so I will never miss a thing!
I will love to have an extra time between 5:00PM to 6:00 PM because I love to cook and most of the time I am rushing and I know if I will spend more time in the kitchen I can cook a four course dinner and we can enjoy our meal more! After a little date night with my husband and a glass of wine will be perfect and desirable!

- Thinking about the times when you can't prepare breakfast or dinner for your kids, if you were able to eliminate these challenges, how would your day-to-day life be different? How would that make you feel?

Hi Allison Yes they are my two Pets. One is a Papillon a girl and a Pomeranian is a boy they are both 10 yrs old. I love them to death that I feel like they are my own blood!
ReplyDeleteAnother relaxing atmosphere in my life is my Kitchen because I love to cook and by cooking it relieves my stress too.
I think this will be great as long as I know that we will be serving them a healthy food. Honestly there are times that I will love to order food eventhough I love to cook! I will be spending more times with my family and play with my two paws which is very important for me!

DeleteIn terms of little things that bring you joy during the day, can you share choices you make or little things you do for yourself? For example, stopping off for a favorite coffee, listening to Spotify at work, or stuff like that. Little indulgences that add a bit of "happy" to your daily grind.
How do these little choices/indulgences affect you and your day? If you didn't have little things like this in your day-to-day life, what would be different?

I have a few that give me Joy in my everyday life first playing with my two paws because I can feel how happy they are everytime I will spend few minute of my time just throwing their fave toy for them to catch it! Second drinking my Chai Tea Latte from Gregory Peets Coffee shop just the aroma and the taste make me feel relax Tird is listening to my 80's music that bring me memories. This three affect my everyday life to be energetic, strong and contented in my life. Without this 3 I will be more stress and it will be very hard for me make it on that day!
